Refund Policy

If you're not happy with a plugin, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it. No questions asked.

The 14-day window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund on any plugin, for any reason. We won't ask you to justify it.

To request a refund, email support@omnicorp.audio with your order number or the receipt you received from Stripe. We'll confirm and start the refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe typically completes them in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We'll usually grant one if there's a bug we can't fix or a compatibility issue that prevents you from using the plugin. We won't typically grant one for buyer's remorse.

What happens when we refund you

When we refund a plugin, we revoke the entitlement on your account — you'll lose the ability to download that plugin again from omnicorp.audio.

Our plugins don't have copy protection, so any copy you've already installed will keep working. We ask, in good faith, that you uninstall it. If you find you still want to use it, the right thing to do is buy it again.

Bundles

If you buy a bundle and want to refund part of it, that's case-by-case. We may pro-rate, refund the whole bundle, or work something out with you. Just email and we'll figure it out.

EU customers

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally doesn't apply to digital goods once you've started downloading them. We honor the 14-day window anyway, downloaded or not.
